  21.      The ddeebbuugg command is used to initiate a  process  but  force
  22.      the  process  into  the  debugger  before  it  executes  any
  23.      instructions, in order to facilitate debugging.  _C_o_m_m_a_n_d  is
  24.      the  name  of the command; if _o_p_t_i_o_n_s are present, they will
  25.      be passed to _c_o_m_m_a_n_d as options.
